March 11: Italiano

One of the long-standing and most popular classes at the Red Reflet for the last 6 years. Chef Loftin will teach you how to make pastas from scratch, red, white and green sauces. Plus dinner rolls and fresh green salad.


March 18: Soups for Royalty

The perfect time of year for classic soups that make the whole meal. Learn recipes from French Provincial Cooking such as Cassoulet, Osso Bucco and Bouillabaisse.

April 15: Fine Dining with products from Blair's

Living in the country has its privileges and drawbacks. If Blair's is your local grocer, Clint Loftin will show you how to create an incredible meal even with limited options.
