This Valentine's Day, the Red Reflet Ranch invites you to bring your favorite sweetheart for an evening of good food with good people. The Chef will be bringing us some of his favorite recipes and culinary delights that he has perfected. And, as usual, Pastry Chef Stephanie Shaw will be delighting us with a dessert buffet with our favorite sweets.

Red Reflet's signature Artisan salad with select fresh ingredients
and Raspberry Vinaigrette 
served with warm Brioche Swirl Rolls
Have your pallet cleared and refreshed by a

topped with Crabmeat and Bernaise sauce

Beef sirloin marinated in citrus, garlic and herbs.
Then, cooked on an open fire!
