This Valentine's Day, the Red Reflet Ranch invites you to bring your favorite sweetheart for an evening of good food with good people.The Ranch will be introducing one of the newest member of the employee family, Anke Kottmann. The Chef will be bringing us some of his favorite recipes and culinary delights that he has perfected. And, as usual, Pastry Chefs, Anke Kottmann and Stephanie Shaw will be delighting us with a dessert buffet with our favorite sweets. .
